Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Fresh Tracks Carpet Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or receiving service, the customer ("you" or "client") agrees to the following:
1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, stain/odor treatments, black light inspections, and related services. The scope of work will be defined at the time of booking and confirmed prior to service.
2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the number of rooms, hallways, stairs, rugs, or areas being cleaned. Hallways and staircases count as 0.5 areas each unless otherwise noted.

Pricing for treatments (such as pet enzyme treatment) depends on how many gallons are required.

Black light inspections are billed per room inspected.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

We accept payment through our approved payment methods listed on invoices.

Prices are subject to change.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Client must ensure all areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of personal items.

We do not move furniture. Areas obstructed by furniture will be cleaned around.

If booking a service for a rental property, the client is responsible for confirming required cleaning or inspection standards with their property manager.

For rug cleaning, clients should notify us if a rug is wool or made from delicate materials.
4. Limitations and Liability

We cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, or discoloration.

Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in carpet or rugs may limit results. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

Some treatments may cause temporary dampness or slight color changes.

We are not liable for issues caused by faulty carpet installation, loose seams, or damaged tack strips.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

If we arrive and cannot access the property, a trip charge may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-clean of the affected area at our discretion.
7. Safety and Access

Someone 18+ must be present unless prior arrangements are made.

Pets should be secured during service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
8. Use of Company Equipment and Chemicals

All equipment, tools, and solutions remain the property of Fresh Tracks Carpet Cleaning LLC. Customers may not handle or operate equipment.
9. Photos and Documentation

We may take before/after photos for documentation and quality control. We will never photograph personal items or identifiable individuals.
10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on our website or provided at booking will apply.
